Starting the Day: Breakfast Picks
When it comes to a fast breakfast, chefs have diverse tastes. Josh Cooper, chef and owner of Cooper's Next Level BBQ, favors the classic Sausage McMuffin at McDonald's. He admits to stocking up on hash browns as well. Kathryn Neidus, executive chef at the Rustic Grill at StoneWater Golf Club, leans towards Chick-fil-A or McDonald's, particularly enjoying their hash browns. Kelli Ferrell, chef, cookbook author, and owner of Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles, prefers Bojangles' fresh chicken biscuits.

Lunch and Dinner: Quick and Easy Choices
Chick-fil-A emerged as a lunchtime and dinner favorite among the chefs we interviewed. Neidus appreciates the variety and convenience for her family, often opting for a salad while her children enjoy chicken nuggets. Ferrell also favors Chick-fil-A for its diverse menu that caters to her family's varying preferences. While Cooper's kids love Chick-fil-A, he and his wife prefer Whataburger's double cheeseburger when traveling.

Side Dishes, Drinks, and Desserts: Completing the Meal
McDonald's fries reign supreme as the top side dish, with chefs praising their classic flavor. Neidus prefers them over Chick-fil-A's waffle fries, while Cooper recommends Arby's curly fries. For drinks, McDonald's fountain sodas are a favorite, while Chick-fil-A's Cookies & Cream Milkshake gets a special mention. Cooper, however, prefers Steak n' Shake's Oreo Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake.
