Musician Nikki Sixx is currently juggling the demanding roles of rock star and dedicated father as he tours the world with Mötley Crüe, accompanied by his 3-year-old daughter, Ruby.

During recent performances in Europe, Sixx, 64, shared the stage with his bandmates and Def Leppard. He spoke about the unique experience of having his youngest child join him on tour. Ruby is his daughter with wife Courtney Sixx, whom he married in 2014. Sixx also has four older children from previous relationships.

In an interview, Sixx expressed his deep appreciation for being able to combine his musical career with family life. He emphasized the grounding influence of having Ruby on tour while his older children pursue their own paths. He revealed that bringing his family along was a key factor in his decision to return to touring.

The Mötley Crüe World Tour, which began in February, spans several continents and concludes in November. Courtney Sixx shared her enthusiasm for traveling with her husband and daughter, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to witness so many countries and support her husband's performances.

Sixx described a pre-show ritual he shares with Ruby, a "king walk" from his dressing room to the stage, during which Ruby holds his hand and sings a medley of "Let It Go" from Frozen and Mötley Crüe's "Wild Side." Courtney added that "Wild Side" is a frequent request in the car as well.

Ruby also seems to enjoy emulating her father's stage presence, even applying similar makeup and sparkly tape to her shoes. The family has shared special moments during the tour, including hot chocolate in Budapest, a carriage ride in Poland, and amusement park visits.

Mötley Crüe, formed in 1981, currently consists of Sixx, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil, and John 5, who recently replaced longtime guitarist Mick Mars. According to Courtney, Ruby is particularly fond of "Uncle Tommy." Sixx recently shared a picture of himself and Ruby with matching face paint, expressing gratitude for his family and the unique experience of raising his children on the road.
