Super Bowl LIX etched its name in the history books, drawing a massive audience as the Philadelphia Eagles triumphed decisively over the Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, in New Orleans. FOX Sports reported an estimated 126 million viewers across various platforms, including FOX, FOX Deportes, Tubi, Telemundo, and NFL Digital properties. This marked the first time the Super Bowl was streamed live for free on Tubi.

The Eagles' commanding performance captivated viewers, with approximately 135.7 million tuning in at the peak of the game during the second quarter. Digital platforms also saw significant engagement, with Tubi alone attracting 13.6 million viewers, contributing to a total of 14.5 million streams across Tubi and NFL Digital properties.

Updated figures released by FOX Sports on Tuesday indicated an even higher viewership of 127.7 million across all platforms, with a peak of 137.7 million. The Eagles' victory was fueled by stellar performances from quarterback Jalen Hurts, who earned Super Bowl MVP honors, and a dominant defensive display that effectively neutralized the Chiefs' offense, led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni emphasized the team's collective effort, stating, "This is the ultimate team game. Our success is built on the contributions of everyone – offense, defense, special teams." He further added, "We've always prioritized winning, regardless of external opinions or perceived methods."

Beyond the game itself, Super Bowl LIX generated buzz with several notable moments, including the Chiefs' pursuit of a third consecutive Super Bowl title, Kendrick Lamar's halftime show, a Taylor Swift appearance, and a historic visit from then-President Donald Trump, marking the first time a sitting president attended the Super Bowl.
