A 32-year-old man identified as Bijan Arceo has been apprehended and charged with trespassing after allegedly scaling a perimeter wall at former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida earlier this week. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, prompting a response from Palm Beach police officers who assisted Secret Service agents in detaining Arceo on the property.

According to a police affidavit, Arceo is accused of entering the resort grounds from South Ocean Boulevard near the north service gate, an area clearly marked with "No Trespassing" signs and secured by high gates. Authorities assert that Arceo did not have authorization to be on the premises, which is considered a protected site. The Secret Service confirmed that the intrusion did not compromise their protective operations but emphasized the seriousness with which they treat such incidents. The agency expressed gratitude to the Palm Beach Police Department for their swift action and ongoing collaboration.

Arceo is currently held at the Palm Beach County jail with a $20,000 bond. This incident follows a similar occurrence in July when Zijie Li, a California resident, was arrested for repeatedly attempting to access Mar-a-Lago over several months.
