Two 17-year-old individuals, Milo Canales and Hayden Lusebrink, are facing adult charges following a vicious stabbing of a 14-year-old boy in Snohomish County, Washington earlier this month. The charges include first-degree assault, robbery, and kidnapping.

The incident unfolded at Lions Park in Everett on December 16th. Court documents suggest the victim accompanied a female acquaintance to the park. As he opened a car door for her, he was ambushed by the two suspects. The girl then drove off, leaving the victim vulnerable.

The victim, believing he was set up, was reportedly forced to remove his clothing before being tied to a tree. He was then subjected to a horrific attack, suffering at least eight stab wounds to his abdomen, described as "disemboweling." The attackers also allegedly pistol-whipped him and carved the letter "N" – a suspected reference to the Norteño gang – into his chest.

Investigators believe the assault stemmed from gang affiliations and a prior dispute between the suspects and the victim at their shared high school. The victim identified his attackers as fellow students. After the attack, the young victim managed to free himself and seek help at a nearby residence. He was hospitalized and is expected to recover.

Authorities apprehended Canales and Lusebrink within 24 hours. Canales' bail was set at $1 million, while Lusebrink was released on a $300,000 bond. Reports indicate that bloody clothing belonging to the victim was discovered in Canales' possession. Furthermore, Canales was already out on bail for a separate robbery charge in Seattle from the previous month.
