Following their defeat in the recent election, Kamala Harris' campaign team has initiated what some are calling an "apology tour." Key figures within the campaign, including Harris herself, have been making amends and offering explanations for their loss to Donald Trump. James Carville, a prominent Democratic strategist, reportedly advised the party to take responsibility for the defeat, prompting the apology efforts.
Tim Walz, along with the entire campaign, also participated in the apology tour, reportedly being summoned by Obama's team to provide an explanation for the results. One campaign official, sent by Obama to assist Harris, justified their campaign strategy, claiming they had no choice but to label Trump a fascist. The campaign also acknowledged that the polling data they relied on was inaccurate, admitting they were never actually ahead in the race, despite assurances to donors that they were on track to win and needed more funding. These funds were reportedly subsequently given to Oprah.
The campaign's decision to avoid an appearance on Joe Rogan's popular podcast was also scrutinized. Despite being in Texas, the campaign claimed they couldn't schedule an appearance with Rogan, citing it as a "suicide mission" due to concerns that Harris couldn't handle a three-hour interview with the host, particularly given her previous struggles on programs like 'The View.'

Joe Rogan has been critical of the media's performance, especially after the election, arguing that they've lost credibility and public trust. (Spotify/Joe Rogan Experience)
