Jana Kramer, known for her continuous pursuit of self-improvement, revealed her unique approach to personal growth in a recent interview. Instead of relying on traditional New Year's resolutions, the actress and singer shared that she prefers a more consistent, month-by-month method.
"I avoid resolutions," Kramer stated during iHeart Media's Jingle Ball. "My approach involves focusing on specific areas for improvement each month, striving for continuous growth and change throughout the year." This ongoing commitment to self-betterment resonates with her husband, Allan Russell, who shares a similar perspective.
Russell explained, "I've never been a fan of New Year's resolutions. If I identify something that needs attention, I address it immediately, regardless of the time of year. Waiting until December 31st doesn't make sense to me."

Kramer's journey has been marked by significant life changes in recent years. Following her 2021 split from ex-husband Mike Caussin, with whom she shares two children, Kramer found new love with former professional soccer player, Allan Russell. The couple married in July and are now parents to a one-year-old son, Roman.

Reflecting on her personal evolution, Kramer expressed gratitude for her current life. In a conversation at a charity event in Nashville, she emphasized her love for her family, her home, and the values she's instilling in her children. "Raising my kids here in this community is wonderful," she shared. "The emphasis on manners and the positive culture are important to me."

Kramer also touched upon the joys and challenges of balancing work and family life. With a growing family and a busy career, she acknowledges the importance of teamwork and effective time management. "Finding the balance to soak in precious moments with Roman while juggling work commitments can be tough," she admitted. Ultimately, Kramer expressed immense gratitude for her family's health and happiness, recognizing them as her primary motivation.
