Authorities in Delray Beach, Florida, are seeking public assistance in identifying a woman whose dismembered remains were discovered in three suitcases floating in the Intracoastal Waterway. The grim discovery began on July 21st when a construction worker reported seeing human remains protruding from a suitcase near Palm Trail. Two more suitcases containing body parts were found later that day, all within a mile of each other. The locations were between the George Bush Boulevard Bridge and the Linton Boulevard Bridge, an area known for its upscale properties.
The victim is described as White or Hispanic, between 35 and 55 years old, and approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall. She may have tattooed eyebrows and was wearing a floral Betzabe tank top, a black undershirt, and black shorts. Forensic imaging specialists have created a rendering of the woman, though police emphasize it may not be an exact likeness. Images of the suitcases have also been released, including a purple Ricardo Beverly Hills bag and a green and black polka dot Charlie Sports roller.

Investigators believe the suitcases were placed in the water sometime between July 17th and 20th. They are asking residents to review surveillance footage for any suspicious activity, particularly vehicles or individuals carrying luggage. Police Sergeant Casey Kelly urged anyone with information to contact Detective Mike Liberta at 561-243-7874. Currently, no missing person reports match the victim's description.

The Intracoastal Waterway, a canal running along Florida's Atlantic and Gulf coasts, is lined with luxurious homes and private docks. The discovery of the remains in this affluent area has shocked the community. Police are working diligently to identify the victim and piece together the circumstances surrounding her death.
