Two separate shootings at Philadelphia Airbnb rentals on Monday night left three teenagers injured, raising further concerns about unauthorized parties at these properties. The incidents, which occurred just hours apart, involved large gatherings of young people, according to police reports.

The first shooting unfolded around 9:59 p.m. in Kensington. An 18-year-old male sustained two gunshot wounds to the abdomen at a party estimated to have between 50 and 100 underage attendees. He was transported to Temple University Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are still searching for the shooter(s) and no weapons have been recovered. Airbnb is investigating the incident and has removed the listing pending the outcome.

The second incident took place around 11:50 p.m. in Brewerytown. Approximately 30 to 40 young people were present at a house reportedly rented through Airbnb for a party. Upon police arrival, a crowd was seen fleeing the property. A 13-year-old girl was discovered outside with a gunshot wound to her right buttock and an 18-year-old male was shot in the leg. Both were hospitalized in stable condition. No arrests have been made and no weapons were found at the scene. Airbnb confirmed they are investigating and have removed the guest and listing from their platform.
