Steelers Fans Draw Criticism After Browns Player's Wife Alleges Disrespectful Behavior

Carly Teller, wife of Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Wyatt Teller, expressed her disapproval of Pittsburgh Steelers fans' behavior during Sunday's game at Acrisure Stadium. Taking to social media, she described the fans' actions as "blatantly disrespectful" and stated she felt "attacked" by their conduct.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Mrs. Teller shared her negative experience, claiming she and the wives of other Browns players were subjected to continuous harassment from Steelers fans while simply trying to enjoy the game. She further elaborated on Instagram, stating that fans were "screaming" at her and the Browns players throughout the match.

The Steelers ultimately defeated the Browns 27-14, adding to the disappointment for Cleveland fans. Browns quarterback Jameis Winston threw for 212 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions, and was sacked three times. The loss brings the Browns' record to 3-10 for the season.

Wyatt Teller, a three-time Pro Bowler, joined the Browns in 2019 after a season with the Buffalo Bills. He and Carly met during their time at Virginia Tech and married in 2021. He has participated in nine games for the Browns this season.
