In anticipation of President Trump's address to Congress, a conservative nonprofit organization, Plymouth Union Public Advocacy, has launched a substantial advertising campaign highlighting his tax cut proposals and emphasizing a theme of continued success. The 30-second ad, titled "Winning," will air nationally on television and digital platforms, backed by a six-figure budget. The ad will run both before and after the President's speech.
The advertisement underscores the President's commitment to extending the 2017 tax cuts, along with further reductions in taxes on tips, overtime pay, and social security benefits. It also positions him as an opponent of potential healthcare taxes that could increase costs for Americans.

The ad's release follows a recent Fox News focus group where Independent voters expressed support for the President's focus on tax cuts and reducing government spending. This week, the House of Representatives passed a resolution that lays the groundwork for a comprehensive bill encompassing Trump's policy priorities, including border security, defense, energy, and tax reform. Fox News Digital has reported that the theme of the President's address to Congress will be the "Renewal of the American Dream."

White House officials have indicated that the speech will be divided into four key sections: achievements of the current term, both domestically and internationally; the administration's impact on the economy; a renewed call for increased border security funding; and the President's vision for global peace. However, several Democratic members, including Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), plan to boycott the address, criticizing it as a "MAGA pep rally" rather than a substantive address to the nation. Sen. Murphy intends to deliver a live prebuttal to the President's speech.
