Super Bowl Sunday holds special significance for Saquon Barkley. Not only is he competing for his first Lombardi Trophy, but it also coincides with his 28th birthday. Beyond the championship title, another impressive prize awaits him: a Ferrari courtesy of Jake Paul.
Paul pledged to gift Barkley one of his Ferraris if he secures the Super Bowl MVP title. This offer came after Barkley was seen sporting a shirt from Paul's personal care brand, W. Barkley's exceptional season has been a key factor in the Eagles' success. His impressive 2,000-yard rushing season places him among NFL elite, and he narrowly missed breaking Eric Dickerson's single-season record.

Across 19 games this season, including playoffs, Barkley has amassed 2,447 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. He's just 30 yards shy of Terrell Davis's record for most rushing yards in a season, including playoff games. While seven running backs have earned Super Bowl MVP honors, the last to achieve this feat was Davis in 1997.

Barkley's three-year deal with the Eagles has proven to be a shrewd move. He has delivered twelve 100-plus yard rushing games and two 200-plus yard performances. With a playoff average of 128.8 rushing yards per game, Barkley has a real chance to break the running back Super Bowl MVP drought. To do so, he'll need to overcome the formidable Kansas City Chiefs.
