A 38-year-old Maryland man, Timothy Davis, is now in custody after allegedly brandishing a firearm at two individuals outside a Taneytown convenience store. The incident, which occurred around 5 p.m. on Sunday, reportedly stemmed from Davis's irritation over the customers taking selfies while waiting in line.

According to a Maryland State Police press release, the confrontation escalated after the three individuals left the store. A video recorded by one of the customers appears to show Davis approaching them in the parking lot, drawing a gun from his waistband, and pointing it at the person filming before the video abruptly ends.
